Penny oversees the delivery of refurbishment and development projects.

Projects managed by Penny benefit from her injection of energy and momentum as well as her tenacious eye for detail which has rapidly cemented her reputation as a well-respected and capable project manager. Outside of the office, Penny enjoys keeping fit by playing field hockey and indoor cycle instructing.

Zoë oversees the management of residential refurbishment projects.

Frankie oversees the company’s residential lettings services.

With her enviable knowledge and experience in the industry, Frankie manages the successful lettings and management of clients’ rental properties and portfolios. Frankie’s approach is aimed at minimising void periods for our landlords by ensuring the highest levels of service in order to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction. When not working in the office, Frankie enjoys spending time outdoors, including competing in both half and full marathons.

Katie leads our Residence Management team with oversight of the entire portfolio.

Katie’s attentive and meticulous approach enables her to deliver an exceptional service to our ultra-high net worth clients, assisting them with both daily management of their properties and a variety of unique requests. Having an extensive and forensic knowledge of property management, Katie is an invaluable resource to clients, providing clear and concise reports and advice. Henry works alongside our clients to run their private residences.
